Meeting Rooms

Aqua Clara: Our Aqua Clara Room is 800 sq ft and can accommodate 50 people classroom style, 65 people banquet style and 80 people theater style.

Blue Crane: Our Blue Crane Room is 620 sq ft and can accommodate 35 people classroom style, 50 banquet style and 70 theater style.

Del Mar Grande Ballroom: Now Open!; 3,844 sq ft - this room will features a state of the art sound system and lighting (built In DJ booth). This room will seats up to 300 and has a built in bar, prep kitchen, and all the amenities you would expect from the newest banquet and meeting facility in the Tampa/St. Pete/Clearwater area. Ballroom can accommodate 300 classroom style, 350 banquet style and 450 theater style.

Blue Aqua: Combine our Aqua Clara and Blue Crane for larger functions and seat 110 classroom style, 120 people banquet style and 150 theater style.

Board Rooms: (Pictured above): Our Board Rooms can accommodate up to 10 people comfortable with a large conference table with high back leather swivel chairs.

Gulfside Board Room Includes White Board and hard wire for internet connection.(pictured)

Bass Board Room Includes private bathroom, refrigerator & microwave, white board, small screen.

Hospitality Suite: The Bayside Hospitality Suite combines a elegant meeting atmosphere with a full size wet bar, dining area and living room with a two oversized sofa chairs. Also includes microwave and refrigerator. Adjoining sleeping room available at additional fee.
