“On July 4, 2011, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites at 2580 Gulf to Bay Blvd. in Clearwater, FL with my sister and her two young children. Unfortunately, I became sick with strep throat during our stay here. The general manager (Shantia Singh) and her staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous and caring towards a traveler who became unexpectedly sick on a major holiday and had to visit a hospital for treatment. “Booked this hotel because it was near where I needed to be. I have seen this hotel from the road way, but did not think much about it. The Hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and help ful. My room was big and beautiful. My only regret was that I did not have more time to spend there. The free breakfast was great. This will be my first choice when I plan my next trip to this area.“
